Therapy is about change. What I enjoy most about my work is witnessing people make real changes in their lives and their relationships. Many people have habitual ways of thinking, acting, or interacting that are not leading to satisfied lives and relationships. When people become more self aware, they are able to make changes and make better choices that lead to more personal and relational satisfaction. I see my job as providing a safe, supportive environment in which we can, together, explore what is not going well and discover new and more effective strategies. |

I have been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 1986. I work with couples and individuals dealing with relationship issues, with depression, with anxiety, with life transition issues. I am located just off the 580 & 238 freeways and serve the surrounding communities, including Castro Valley, Oakland, Union City, Fremont, Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon and Livermore. |
